A premium turnkey package - from 550,000 THB (1-bed) to 750,000 THB (3-bed) - adds all furniture, wardrobe and kitchen cabinetry, appliances, lighting, decor, soft furnishings and a fully planted tropical garden, so the villa is move-in ready at handover.
The developer forecasts an average net return of 9 - 12% a year, rising with size (about 9% for a one-bed, 10% for a two-bed and 12% for a three-bed), based on the 2026 Samui rental market and a mix of short and long-term letting under full management.
