Studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments in a fourteen-block resort condominium between Chaweng and Bophut with a hotel-brand rental programme, foreign freehold or leasehold, from 2,900,000 THB.
The second condominium in the portfolio and a different animal from the first. This is a large resort-style scheme on the ring road between Chaweng and Bophut, fourteen low-rise blocks around a 398 m2 main pool, a second entertainment pool, a tennis court, a 266 m2 gym, spa and sauna, a yoga studio, a jogging track, a co-working space and a small commercial centre with cafés and shops, all on a site with more than 5,000 m2 of open landscaping and a golf driving range next door. It is the largest project on Samui to have passed its Environmental Impact Assessment, which is what allows foreign buyers to hold a unit freehold in their own name under the Condominium Act. Phase 1 is finished and occupied: buyers from more than thirty countries have bought since 2023, and several of the phase 1 units on the current list are let on long-term tenancies that run into 2027, which tells you the rental market is real. Phase 2 is under construction with its own pool and the tennis court, and will be run by a separate condominium juristic body. The developer is a Surat Thani company founded in 1998 with more than twenty completed projects, and its rental programme is run under a Wyndham Garden hotel flag. The apartments are compact and delivered furnished: studios of 29 to 35 m2 with a king or twin bed, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony, a 41 m2 one-and-a-half-bedroom with a bunk room, two-bedrooms of 53 to 59 m2 and a 69 m2 two-bedroom with a walk-in closet and a study. What sets it apart for a buyer on a budget is the payment plan: on leasehold units the developer takes 30% down and spreads the remaining 70% over three years in monthly instalments, and you can move in after the first payment. On the freehold quota, and on the monthly charges, ask us before reserving; the answers are not in the sales pack.

Prices below are the lowest on the developer’s phase 1 list of July 2026 and phase 2 list of June 2026 for each group, and they move with the block, floor, orientation and whether the unit faces the pool. The phase 2 list is headed “Leasehold - Thai share”, so treat those figures as leasehold prices and ask us for the freehold price of any unit you like. Several phase 1 units are sold with a sitting tenant on a twelve-month lease.
Guide prices are indicative only, subject to change and availability. Currency conversions are approximate.
Every unit type is delivered furnished and equipped to the developer’s published specification for that type. The figures on this page are unit prices; transfer fees, the monthly common-area charge and the sinking fund are separate and not stated in the sales material.
The sales material promises a hotel-brand rental programme and an owner app that tracks income, but it does not put a number on the return, and we will not invent one. Two things do stand out as evidence rather than promise: the phase 1 price list shows a run of units already let on twelve-month tenancies into 2027, and the same list quotes a “long-term rental” column against them, so the developer can show you actual rents on request. The leasehold payment plan is unusual for Samui: 30% down, then the balance over three years by monthly instalment, with occupation from the first payment, so the rent can help pay the instalments. Before reserving, ask for the rental management agreement with the split and the term, the monthly common-area charge and the sinking fund, the remaining foreign freehold quota in the block you want, and the freehold price of the unit, since the phase 2 list is quoted as leasehold.
Phase 1 built, sold and occupied since 2023 - phase 2 under construction with its own pool and tennis court, completion date on request
The site is inland on the ring road that links Chaweng with Bophut, in the working middle of the island rather than on a beach: a driving range next door, Makro, the golf club and Tesco Lotus within five minutes, Big C, the international school and the international hospital not much further, and the airport, Chaweng beach, the walking street, Central Festival and the Big Buddha all ten to fifteen minutes away. Fisherman’s Village and its Friday market are under five minutes. It is the kind of location that suits a rental studio and a first Samui base: everything is close, nothing is on the doorstep.
