Ninety-one furnished apartments in four curved low-rise buildings around a lagoon pool, 500 m from Lamai beach, foreign freehold under the condominium quota, one- to three-bedrooms from 6,570,000 THB.
A third condominium for the portfolio and the first in Lamai, and it is a different proposition from the two big resort schemes on the north coast. This is a human-scale residence of 91 homes in four buildings of three and four storeys, curved and stepped like coral so that no two facades are the same, set around a lagoon pool, a pool bar and landscaped courtyards on a 1.6 rai plot on Lamai Soi 2, 500 m from the beach. The apartments are large by Samui condominium standards: one-bedrooms of 68 to 96 m2, two-bedrooms up to 130 m2 and three-bedrooms of 158 m2, all with generous terraces, and they are sold furnished and turnkey in a palette of marble, warm wood, freestanding tubs and dressing rooms. Facilities are a fitness and lounge area, a sunken pavilion, a green court, a sauna zone, 78 car and 8 motorbike spaces, mailboxes, access-card entry and 24-hour guarded CCTV. The developer is a Samui company with about twenty years of construction behind it and a completed 125-home project on the island, which matters when you are buying off-plan, and its stated position is honest numbers and a single point of contact from purchase through rental and resale. Ownership is foreign freehold within the 49% quota of the condominium, with the simplicity that brings: no company, no lease to renew. Reservation is a deposit of about 50,000 THB. Prices start at about 6,570,000 THB for a one-bedroom.

The floor plans show a range of one- and two-bedroom layouts across the four buildings plus a small number of three-bedrooms. Prices are per unit and depend on floor and position; the starting price is the developer’s published entry price and the price list per unit is available on request.
Guide prices are indicative only, subject to change and availability. Currency conversions are approximate.
The developer sells the apartments fully furnished and turnkey. Transfer fees, the monthly common-area charge and the sinking fund are not stated in the brand material we hold; ask us before reserving.
This developer’s own brand rules ban the words “guaranteed returns” and “best investment”, and we agree with them. What you are buying is a large, well-finished freehold apartment five hundred metres from one of the two main beaches, from a builder that has delivered before. Lamai has a deep holiday rental market and the unit sizes here suit families and long stays rather than the weekend studio trade, so the rental case is real but unquantified. Before reserving, ask for the price list per unit, the payment schedule, the construction start and completion dates, the common-area charge and sinking fund, and whether the developer offers rental management after handover.

Lamai Soi 2 runs inland from the northern end of Lamai beach, and the site is a short walk from the sand: five hundred metres, a few minutes on foot. Lamai itself has everything at walking or scooter distance, the beach road with its restaurants and the Sunday walking street, the school and the shopping mall within five minutes, the hospital within fifteen. Chaweng and the airport are twenty to thirty minutes up the coast road. It is a lived-in town rather than a resort strip, which suits a home you will actually use.
