Villas for sale in Chaweng Noi, Koh Samui

Villas in Chaweng Noi are built on the steep hillside behind the bay, and the views are the reason to buy here: wide panoramas across the water, with Chaweng’s coast in the distance and the sound of the town left well behind.

The houses we present range from finished four-bedroom family homes with sea views to a villa a short walk from the beach, and a hillside house still under construction offered as it stands.

Hillside building on Samui is subject to height and slope rules, so for these villas we pay close attention to permits, the land title and how access roads are secured. Each listing sets out what the seller has documented and what we are still confirming.
